What do you like best about Verizon Business Messaging?

In Verizon Business Messaging, I like AOL and MSN IM. Additional thing that I like about Verizon is that one can stay connected on different places anytime, it is very good for the people who use to travel a lot as it provides you uninterrupted connectivity. What do you dislike about Verizon Business Messaging?

The major disadvantage is that it is expensive in cost. For sending MMS it consumes lot of data that could also be costly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
