Verint is used across many organisations that is why it is very easy to work with & minimal to zero change if you change your organisation too.

Interface is not that easy as compared to Nice IEX. Both do same work but IEX is comparatively easy to work with.

It helps me monitor real time adherence of schedule & let me do changes in schedules if needed without any hassle

I like that I can see the actual activity, the published schedule, and calendar all in one page.  This was not possible in the past.

I don't like that sometimes there is not an accompanying clarifier with errors.  For instance, I was not being able to save the changes to the tactical forcast but the error message did not specify why.

Wfm is real easy to integrate into
Adapters and options for work from most other software applications that really help drive home ease of use and possibilities

based in South Africa the software can get expensive quickly if converted from dollars but the ROI should be paying the tools

We really use the tools for scheduling and headcount purposes but also for cross functional utilization of resources as and where fit for purpose.

**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?**

Verint WFM  is fairly user friendly, as a member of the WFM community for the last 20+ years I like the ease  that end users have when using VTO to add to their schedule.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?**

I feel that Verint WFM is missing somekey features that could make it a better leader in the idustry.  Too many of the settings are over all and not available to be set at an interval level in order to better forecast the required.  It is also frustrating when trying to run reports for time off pools when you have them set up at a interval level and the reports only run at a daily level.  It would be nice if some of those things could be fixed.

Verint solves the  problem of creating short term interval levels forecasts for our center.

Verint is always innovating, it is exciting to use and see the new initiatives they are presenting that will allow us to take advantage of new methodolgies and algorithms present today

End user interface is in need of a more fluid GUI experience.  A lot of Verint's new innovations are addressing this, I'm confident in the next 2-3 years the end user experience will be more up to par.

It has drastically helped  us reduce the amount of time creating and the accuracy of our schedules from our previous Word document schedule.

It is very technically, with a lot of steps. If you are new to the workforce management world, it can seem overwhelming at times.

Utilizing the forcasting portion has helped our schedules be more accurate. You no longer have to have been working in the Contact Center for a certain amount of time in order to be able to create schedules.

**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?**

The best thing about Verint Workforce Management are couple of things like effortless scheduling like its forecasting tool take the guesswork out of predicting the call volume so that it can ensure that every customer demand is fulfilled as it will check the efficiency of the available staff. 
The next thing I like is flexibility for everyone as in rather it’s the supervisor or the agents. Like agents can do there request time on and off from there phone and whereases the supervisors can monitor the performance in the real time.
Also user-friendly interface. I found it relatively easy to learn and navigate, saving valuable training time.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?**

The only thing I kinda dislike is that though the VWM is user friendly but its a vast application as in it have a lot of feature and so to go through it will take a lot of time  and will be requiring dedication to exploring all its functionalities.

Mainly scheduling and being user friendly so that is a plus point

The Verint Workforce Management allows my contact center to effectively schedule and monitor agents and forecast and manage volume. The support we receive from Verint is unmatched. Verint is supportive of their customers and is forward thinking on the solutions we need to manage our business effectively.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?**

The reporting out of Verint is lackluster. The report center and adhoc reporting modules are dated and difficult to navigate.

Verint WFM helps our WFM team to effectively schedule and monitor agents and allows us to forecast call volume. This solution saves hours and allows us to focus our priorities on strategic items instead of spending time manually scheduling the agents in our contact center.

Verint Workforce Management has lot of features that I like about. The features that I like a lot are as follows:
1) It provides me automation as per my needs.
2) The feature to help for the Customer Experience is awesome.
3) I could forecast the growth over a period of time.
4) This product also gives me an option for call recording and automated quality management, which is very important for me.

Verint Workforce Management requires the following updations:
1) The transcriptions for the call recordings are not at all accurate.
2) There is no live chat or support feature for me.

1 ) I could predict the growth using the forecasting feature.
2) I like the ribbons feature a lot. All the info required is easily accessible in the main table.
3) Using this, I can monitor my teams performance effectively.

The ease of use and integration was seamless.  It was so easy to implement with our other programs.   I use this daily to make sure we are providing a good Customer experience.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?**

I would like it to be a bit easier to manually enter schedules. We keep it very static.

**What problems is Verint Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping to make sure we have enough Advocates in the right Queues and enough head count to handle in incomming calls. 
We can update and change schedules with ease. Pulling reporting is a breeze and I get real time accurate numbers. Being able to see RTA and get it corrected as quick as possible, is priceless!

We started to use Verint Workforce Management few months ago. We have no issues with this software as of now. Maybe if anything in future, i hope the team would fix those issues soon.

**What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?**

I honestly struggle to find anything I like about Verin't WFM system. I guess the feed from CMS is nice, but that's really about it.

**What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?**

Verint's WFM solution is terrible. I've been in WFM for around 20 years now, and this is the most user unfriendly software I've ever used. Something that took me 5 minutes to complete in another software will easily take an hour or more to complete now. Not only does everything take longer, there is so much functionality that just doesn't exist in Verint's system, and a lot of the functionality that is there doesn't even work. (We've had a ticket open for going on 3 years about how the forecasted SL outcomes are unusable.) Anytime we have to open a ticket, it's a huge hassle - we'll start with a ticket with Avaya, then when they can't resolve it, it gets escalated to Verint, then we'll end up meeting with engineers multiple times and even they can't solve our issue. We have so many open tickets that we have bi-weekly meetings set up with Avaya and Verint.

Verint's solution isn't solving any of our problems, it's just created more.
