"Clear, Guided Verification with Some Retry Friction"

What do you like best about Veriff?

I like that the instructions are clear from start to finish, with each step telling me exactly what to do so I don’t have to guess or retry because I misunderstood. I value the guided ID capture prompts, the selfie and liveness check, and the automatic feedback when an image is blurry or has glare. The initial setup was quick and comfortable. What do you dislike about Veriff?

I run into photo rejections for glare or blur, which force me to retry. Verification can take longer than expected or need manual review, and some ID types or documents from certain countries cause trouble. I also have camera or browser problems on older phones. It would help to get specific, real-time photo guidance instead of a generic failure message, have the photo taken automatically once the ID is in focus, see tips before the camera opens, and retry without restarting the whole process. What problems is Veriff solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Veriff to check that people are who they claim to be: it verifies IDs, matches selfies, and confirms a real person is present, helping online businesses address fake or stolen identities, fraud, money laundering, and fake accounts while meeting KYC requirements without branch visits or mailed documents.
