What do you like best about Veribl?

The AI support feature actually answers customer questions instead of just marking tickets as solved. We also finally know who our customers are when selling through retail and Amazon, which allows us to build custom audiences, sync data to Klaviyo, and upsell relevant products. It really took our product onboarding to a whole new level. The implementation process was easy and hands-on, and it’s very simple to localize and translate content. What do you dislike about Veribl?

For now we are happy with everything and haven’t had any problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Veribl solving and how is that benefiting you?

We took what is usually a sunk cost (printing manuals and preparing for EU mandates) and flipped it into an automated lead-generation tool. We are now capturing customer data right at the unboxing stage and driving post-purchase revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
