What do you like best about Verdantis Master Data Management Suite?

What stands out most about Verdantis MDM Suite is its ability to handle complex, messy legacy data across multiple manufacturing and third-party bottling operations. Before implementing the suite, maintaining clean SAP material numbers and supplier records across our North American plants was a constant challenge.

Verdantis transformed our supply chain workflows by automating master data cleansing and master data normalization across thousands of packaging specifications, maintenance spare parts, and raw material lines. Their platform enriched our catalog into a unified UNSPSC taxonomy, giving our procurement team immediate clarity on what we own and where it's located. The automated master data enrichment and robust vendor master data management features have dramatically reduced duplicate orders, streamlined our purchase order generation, and made accounts payable reconciliations significantly faster. What do you dislike about Verdantis Master Data Management Suite?

The initial taxonomy mapping phase require a noticeable commitment of time from our internal procurement and site maintenance teams. Because our legacy descriptions varied widely between regional facilities and third-party sites, aligning everything to standard taxonomies took careful manual review during onboarding. Having more interactive, self-service mapping templates upfront would accelerate the initial integration phase. However, Verdantis’s support team was proactive and guided us through every bottleneck.
