Insights and analysis have decent level of detail to identify exact pain points in customer experience.<br><br>All I can say is wow. I wish there was a capability to directly reply to reviews within Vercepta, instead of going externally to the review platform. Still, the dashboard saves a ton of time vs. finding negative reviews one by one (which would take hours...). Also wish the process of connecting platforms to Vercepta was a bit easier.
