## Vercel Reviews
  ### 1. Vercel Makes Deployments Effortless: One-Click, Fast, and Developer-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh S. | Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel is a complete game-changer for developers who are tired of deployment headaches. It’s basically one click. I’ve been using Vercel for the last 4 years: you just link GitHub, select the repo, and click Deploy. It’s easy to use, free, and fast. It also has an AI SDK, and I built a generative UI with the AI SDK as well. The SSO onboarding is quick, too.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Sometimes, when I use a single repo, it ends up creating multiple domains, and then I’m not able to figure out which URL is the correct one. It also starts multiple deployments in parallel, which I find a bit confusing and hard to track.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel is free for developers, and it really solves the deployment headache. I’m a Next.js developer, and I’ve been working with Next.js since version 12; now I’m on the latest version, 16. From the start, Vercel has provided a great experience with fast deployments. As a Next.js developer, I don’t have to worry or take tension about deployments anymore.

  ### 2. Vercel makes shipping modern web apps ridiculously smooth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu J. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

What I like most about Vercel is how simple it makes the entire deployment workflow. You push code, get a live deployment quickly, and can validate changes in preview environments without a lot of extra setup. It feels especially polished for frontend-heavy projects and for teams that want to move fast.

I also appreciate that performance and visibility are built into the platform. Having analytics, speed insights, logs, and deployment details all in one place makes it much easier to spot issues early and keep improving the product without having to juggle a bunch of separate tools.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

What I don’t like is that as a project grows, pricing and usage can start to feel a bit less predictable. Also, if you need very custom control over your infrastructure, Vercel can feel more opinionated than a fully self managed setup.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel addresses slow deployment workflows, complex infrastructure setup, and limited visibility into frontend performance. It gives me a quicker, simpler way to deploy projects, share preview links for testing, and monitor performance and reliability without having to stitch together multiple tools. The biggest benefit for me is being able to move faster with less operational overhead, which is especially helpful when I’m building and iterating quickly.

  ### 3. Instant Deployments and Zero-Config CI/CD for Next.js & AI Apps

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siddique K. | LLM Data Trainer Specialist, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel has completely transformed how I deploy full-stack and AI-powered applications. As a Lead AI Engineer working with Next.js, React, and LLM workflow pipelines, the GitHub integration is flawless push to main and the app is live in under a minute. Preview deployments on every PR make client demos and stakeholder reviews effortless. Edge functions, environment variable management, and built-in CDN make it the perfect platform for production-grade applications like my Nexus LLM Workflow builder.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Pricing scales up quickly for teams with high bandwidth or serverless function usage. The free tier limitations on build minutes can be restrictive for active projects. More granular control over cold start behavior for serverless functions would be appreciated, especially for latency-sensitive AI applications.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel eliminates DevOps overhead entirely for frontend and full-stack deployments. Instead of managing servers or complex CI/CD pipelines, I focus purely on building features. For AI-powered Next.js applications, the seamless GitHub-to-production pipeline has cut deployment time from hours to seconds and made iteration cycles significantly faster.

  ### 4. The best place to host your Next.js project — even on the free plan

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samet D. | IT Specialist, Computer & Network Security, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The developer experience is genuinely hard to beat. I connected my GitHub repo and that was basically it every push deploys automatically, with preview URLs included. As a solo developer running a real production project, the Hobby plan gives you more than you’d expect. The firewall tooling is surprisingly mature for a free tier, Speed Insights and Analytics are built in without any extra setup, and the dashboard feels clean and intuitive.

The documentation is some of the best I’ve encountered on any platform: thorough, well organized, and actually kept up to date. I briefly tried the Pro plan and loved it too, but even on its own the Hobby plan is already a serious offering. Overall, it’s clear the team cares about the product.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

The biggest limitation of the Hobby plan is how restricted team collaboration is, along with some more advanced features being locked behind Pro. For a solo project it works well enough, but as soon as you want to bring someone else in and collaborate properly, the jump to Pro becomes hard to ignore, especially given the price difference. That said, the Pro tier does offer real value I just wish there were an in-between option.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I host a Next.js-based municipal government website on Vercel, and it handles everything seamlessly routing, edge functions, ISR, the whole stack. What used to require a bunch of separate infrastructure choices (hosting, CDN, analytics, security) is now consolidated in one place, which makes the overall setup much simpler to manage. In that sense, it feels like a legitimate Cloudflare competitor: it’s not just a hosting provider, but a full platform. If you’re starting out with Next.js in particular, I don’t think there’s a better place to begin, and the ceiling is high enough that you likely won’t need to migrate anytime soon.

  ### 5. From Code to Production in Seconds: The Ultimate Founder’s DX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kiree Y. | Founder, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The developer experience (DX) is unmatched. The git-push-to-deploy workflow and automatic SSL provisioning allow me to focus entirely on building features rather than managing infrastructure. The Preview Deployments are essential for testing UI changes in a live environment before merging to production, which significantly speeds up my iteration cycles.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

The "Serverless Function Execution Timeout" on the Pro plan can be a bottleneck for heavier background tasks or complex API calls. Additionally, while the usage-based pricing for bandwidth and functions is fair, it can become unpredictable if a project experiences a sudden, unoptimized traffic spike, requiring close monitoring of the dashboard.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel solves the problem of deployment complexity and site performance. By leveraging their Edge Network and optimized Next.js integration, it ensures my SaaS applications remain fast and globally available without manual CDN configuration. This allows me to maintain a lean team while scaling a production-grade platform reliably.

  ### 6. Developer-Friendly Deployments with Effortless CI/CD and Preview Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel provides one of the most developer friendly experiences for managing a NextJS or other web-focused applications for us. They have incredibly easy CI/CD pipelines and features that make preview deployments and other parallel coding workflows a breeze. The NextJS ecosystem allows us to rapidly develop performant and secure web apps through its rich ecosystem and easy deployment.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Being a developer-experience focused company, Vercel generally adds margins to the raw compute they use for their workflow. This can make certain apps or overall resources expensive at a significant scale. You sometimes trade convenience for a higher cost, although depending on the scale of the deployed resources, the cost can still be significantly low and the time saved can make it a great ROI.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel provides us with an incredibly easy way to deploy and manage our web applications. Their easy Github CI/CD and NextJS framework is something we use for all deployed web applications of our company. The preview deployment makes iterative development a breeze, as non-engineering team members are able to easily do QA and comment on features and changes.

  ### 7. Fast, reliable frontend platform for production AI products

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nat G. | Founder of iGlowly | Full-Stack Dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel makes deploying and running modern web apps extremely simple and fast. We use it to power one iGlowly project — a patient-first AI assistant built for aesthetic clinics — where we deploy frontend scripts on Vercel. The experience has been very smooth. Deployments are easy and extremely fast, performance is excellent out of the box, and everything from previews to production feels reliable and well thought out. It lets us focus on product and UX instead of infrastructure. Easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Pricing can scale quickly as usage grows, especially for teams running more advanced features, but this is largely offset by the time saved and stability provided.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel removes the complexity of frontend hosting, CI/CD, and performance optimization. For us, this means we can ship and iterate on a production AI assistant quickly, ensure fast response times for users, and maintain a high-quality, reliable experience without managing servers or DevOps overhead. Really good one.

  ### 8. Straightforward, Easy-to-Use Interface with Consistent Performance and Great Value

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

It is an extremely straightforward easy to use system. The interface is straight forward and the performance is relatively consistent. The integrations between multiple systems is usually flawless except with git. Pricing overall is a great buy.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

We occasionally have syncing issue when pushing new lines of code and find that we have to manually redeploy the code. Additionally, from terminal to git to vercel there are often issues with merging old code with new code to create junk code.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel makes coding life so much easier. The amount of time we save using Vercel is exponentially greater than using other systems.

  ### 9. Vercel: Consistently Reliable Hosting That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Don D. | Chief Everything Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I’ve been using Vercel for a few years now, and I’ve only had to contact support once. Everything just works with them, and it’s been a consistently reliable hosting platform for me.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I wish it allowed for more statically generated routes.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’ve offloaded all of my server infrastructure to Vercel. The best way I can describe it is that AI has helped me focus on building a business by letting me offload coding tasks to agents, and Vercel has done the same for server infrastructure. With Vercel, I can keep everything related to servers offloaded to their platform.

  ### 10. Fast, User-Friendly Deployment with Instant Rollback

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory H. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I use Vercel to deploy all of my websites and my clients' websites. I love how easy it is to use, with a clean and simple UI that makes navigation a breeze. The fast deployment makes everything efficient, allowing me to quickly implement changes that my clients request, which keeps them pleased. One of my favorite features is the instant rollback, which is invaluable for correcting mistakes swiftly without causing worry for myself or my clients. The initial setup was really easy, especially with the CLI tool that integrates seamlessly.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Honestly, I have nothing bad to say apart from it could be cheaper.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Vercel for deploying websites due to its fast deployment, simple UI, easy firewall rule edits, and instant rollback feature, which helps me fix mistakes without worry and pleases my clients by enabling quick changes.

  ### 11. Vercel Makes Front-End Hosting Easy—A Friend who cares for you.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anunay R. | Proprietor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Well, if you are a newbie to website development and/or a small business just getting started, Vercel helps you build your digital presence by proving space for your projects as It lets you host your project or website on a free tier, which is something I was genuinely amazed to learn. For hosting, you don’t need a separate hosting service—you can host it through Vercel, and that was the best part for me and what impressed me the most. Given that Vercel is a cloud platform for React Developers, allowing users like me to deploy websites, Host front end applications, with build in features like Automatically scale up and Optimized performance

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I was hoping that if Vercel offered backend services as well, that would be a plus point. As I understand it, there are execution time limits on serverless functions, so I feel a little confused about how long-running processes are supposed to work. I also didn’t notice any traditional server controls while using it. Anyway, the front-end services are great for me, especially since I’ve just started using it.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

While working on my project, my main concern was hosting, and Vercel resolved that for me. It helped me set up the server in a very simple way: I connected my Git with Vercel, pushed the code, and in just a couple of minutes my website was live with automatic deployment, free SSL, and a CDN. I also noticed good loading times worldwide. I still need to wait and see how it will handle traffic spikes, and I’ll update later. The thing I like most is the core features, like instant deploys and built-in CI/CD.

  ### 12. Effortless and Fast Deployment Platform for Modern Web Apps

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sachin P. | Senior Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I like Vercel for its ease of use and simple implementation—deploying is as easy as pushing to Git. Its integrations with frameworks and tools are seamless, and it offers a rich set of features without feeling overwhelming. I use it frequently because it reliably handles hosting, serverless functions, and edge features, and the customer support and documentation make it easy to get help when needed.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I dislike that Vercel’s free tier has limits on serverless function execution and bandwidth, which can be restrictive for larger projects. Sometimes debugging deployment issues can be tricky, and advanced customization options are limited compared to full cloud providers.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel solves the problem of complex deployment and hosting by providing instant, automated deployments with built-in CDN, serverless functions, and seamless Git integration. This benefits me by saving time, reducing infrastructure headaches, and allowing me to focus entirely on building and iterating on my web applications.

  ### 13. Effortless Deployments, but Pricing Could Improve

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sreenivas S. | Tech Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I like the ease of access and ease of use that Vercel offers. It's really fast for getting my work done compared to other methods. The CICD pipelines are particularly cool; they allow me to just push my code to GitHub and Vercel takes care of the deployment, automating the process so I don't have to worry about potential issues. Also, the initial setup is very easy, just a few clicks and it's done.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I don't like Vercel's pricing strategy. It's like stubborn at $20, and even if you don't use the entire $20 in resources, they'll still charge you $20. My usage personally only uses about $1 to $5. I feel like if they started their pricing at $5, it could be more beneficial for a lot of people.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel saves me time by automating app server setup that I used to do manually in AWS. It simplifies deploying applications with multiple services like API gateway or Lambda in one click.

  ### 14. Branch Subdomains and Built-In CI/CD Make Testing and Delivery Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratiksha R. | Frontend Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The best part is the creation of a subdomain for each connected branch, so I can easily see which branch an issue is coming from. That makes it easier to test that specific branch and then deliver the final build. It also connects with both GitLab and GitHub, and provides a CI/CD setup for builds within it, along with domain connection between them.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I’m fine with everything, but building on the basis of credit can sometimes be costly.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Basically, while creating the product, we need a CI/CD setup, and the build process should be easy to check in practice. It should also be clear which branch an issue is coming from. We implemented it through GitHub and connected the domain as well.

  ### 15. Vercel Is Incredibly Simple and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Frederico M. | Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

It doesn’t matter whether you know a lot about coding or not - Vercel is one of the simplest, most user-friendly tools I’ve ever used.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

There aren’t any user guides, but once you figure out what to do, it’s amazing.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for deploying vibe-coded projects and side projects.

  ### 16. Smooth, Headache-Free Deployments with Vercel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Honestly, what I like most about Vercel is how smooth it makes the whole deploy process. You just push code and it’s live, no headache.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Debugging builds isn’t always straightforward when something fails
Limited backend flexibility compared to full cloud platforms

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a Cuemath perspective, Vercel is mainly solving speed + deployment friction.
It makes it super easy to ship updates for things like the Circle app or math games without worrying about infra. We can push features fast, test with preview links, and iterate based on feedback quickly.

  ### 17. Vercel Boosts Productivity and Collaboration, Though Pricing Is High

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pratik S. | Investor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel provide great user experience with our ci/cd infrastructure for projects. We have been able to move faster with the vercel integration. Features like Preview Links, private links are great to get client feedback. Customer Support is great. We have implemented Vercel across different frontend stacks. We use Vercel daily and its integrated with our different pipelines.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Vercel pricing is a bit too expensive, but considering the Value they provide, it's a steal. V0 is too much based on shadcn design.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel Provide faster Frontend Cloud for our website projects. We able to deploy our services on the edge using Vercel. Vercel is an healthy alternative to aws. We only pay for the serverless function requests instead of the compute.

  ### 18. Effortless Deployment, High Cost

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Odin G. | Alumni, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I like that Vercel just works. It makes storing data in buckets and Postgres stupidly easy, especially when using Supabase. Supabase also helps Auth0 for authentication play well with Vercel. Switching from AWS to Vercel fixed the hard provisioning and the pain of managing AWS, making things much smoother. The initial setup with Vercel was incredibly easy, just as simple as a single CLI command.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Incredibly expensive

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel solves the slowness of deploying on traditional cloud services like AWS and simplifies the management, making provisioning much easier.

  ### 19. Vercel Makes Deployments and Analytics Effortless

It helps our developers easily do frontend and push things through the development lifecycle quickly.

  ### 22. From localhost to https, in seconds. "Deploy from Git or your CLI"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

What I like about Vercel is its holistic approach to abstracting away infrastructure complexity. It provides a great superior developer experience that is laser-focused on one thing: shipping high-performance web applications faster. The platform's architecture feels incredibly intuitive with "zero-configuration" philosophy for deployments, paired with a powerful global edge network, transforms our entire development and release workflow.

Specifically, these are the features I value most:

- Automated CI/CD Pipeline: The Git integration is seamless and powerful. Once a repository is linked, Vercel’s CI/CD just works, without needing manual YAML configuration or complex pipeline setup. It intelligently handles monorepos, automatically building and deploying only the projects that have changed.

- Collaborative Preview Deployments: This feature alone has revolutionized our workflow. For every pull request, Vercel generates a unique, shareable, and fully functional preview of the application. This isn't just a static mock-up; it's a live environment. It enables asynchronous collaboration between developers, QA, designers, and product managers, allowing them to test and provide feedback on actual working code before it ever reaches production.

- The Global Edge Network for Peak Performance: Vercel’s commitment to speed is evident in its Edge Network. It automatically handles caching and serves assets from points-of-presence close to the end-user, which has a direct and measurable positive impact on our Core Web Vitals. Furthermore, its built-in, automatic Image Optimization service is best-in-class, serving next-gen formats and resizing images on the fly without any developer effort.

- A Symbiotic Relationship with Next.js: As a team that heavily relies on Next.js, Vercel is the definitive cloud-native platform for it. The integration is flawless. Advanced features like Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), Server Components, and API Routes are not just supported; they are optimized to run with maximum efficiency and scalability on Vercel's infrastructure.

- Effortless Scalability with Serverless and Edge Functions: Vercel makes backend logic incredibly accessible and scalable. We use Serverless Functions for heavier tasks like processing form data or interacting with a database, and they scale from zero to massive workloads without any intervention. The addition of Edge Functions, which run on the Edge Network itself, has been perfect for lightweight middleware, such as handling authentication, running A/B tests, or modifying requests, all with near-zero latency.

- Analytics: Vercel Analytics provides real-world performance data directly from our users' devices, measuring metrics like FCP, LCP, and a Real Experience Score. What I appreciate most is that it's built with privacy in mind and has zero performance impact, as it doesn't require loading heavy third-party JavaScript libraries.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

For our specific use case, the platform has consistently delivered on its promises without causing any friction.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main issue Vercel addressed for our business was the friction and delays in our deployment process. Previously, shipping frontend updates was a manual, error-prone task that required dedicated DevOps resources. Additionally, our staging environments created bottlenecks, and collaboration between developers and non-technical stakeholders was inefficient.

After implementing Vercel, we nearly automated our entire deployment workflow. This significantly shortened our time-to-market for new features and bug fixes. The introduction of Preview Deployments fostered more collaboration and transparency during review cycles, enhancing the quality of our releases. Vercel’s managed infrastructure and scalable platform also allow our development team to focus solely on building features and enhancing the user experience, without worrying about server management or CDN configuration.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

We have seen a lot of issues with large size cache.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use the Nextjs framework build by Vercel, and the developer experience in development, product preview, feedback and overall company staging solutions are so great. We Don't need to go or use multiple services. We have used AWS before. Vercel solves for the headache of working with aws.

  ### 24. Ease for the freelancer and student

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** IBAD N. | software developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I use vercel to deploy my frontend projects quickly and easily. It have a lot of features which makes like of developer pretty easy some of them are connecting github and just selecting the target repo and branch. This is a one time process, Now whenever you push new changes it will generate new build automatically and publish it. It also have a tool where we can add comments on the UI of the deployed projects this is very helpful when you are reviewing your websites and pin pointing bugs. Customer support of vercel is great and have a big community of developers who can quickly resolves your doubts.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I don't see any downsides of using vercel as its a amazing tool for developer and enterprise companies.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel helping me quickly deploy my projects without need a lot of technical knowlege of DevOps.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Somil G. | Head of Software Development, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I'd highlight Vercel's exceptional developer experience and deployment simplicity as its strongest features. The platform stands out for its zero-configuration deployments, automatic preview deployments for every git push, and seamless integration with popular frameworks like Next.js.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

There is nothing in particular other than pricing.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eliminates complex deployment infrastructure management by providing automated deployment pipelines directly from Git also solves environment management challenges with built-in environment variable handling across preview and production environments.

  ### 28. Future of web deployment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nabin P. | CEO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Evereything is straight from the future, me and my client loving and enjoying the platform since last 3 years. Very fast and fexible, suitable for all kinds of business or industries.

I like its Postgres database, Github CI/CD, Blob storage, and best support for Next.js projects.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

There is nothing such that i disklike about the Vercel

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to use PHP and traditional web hosting panels like Plesk and cPanel, they were not scalable, vulnerable and lack support for latest web frameworks. Also licensing was expensive, after since we started migrationg our projects to Vercel, we have incereased quality, delivery time, security and scalability. It has become now the backbone of our IT infrastructure.

  ### 29. Made my life as founding engineer extremely better

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tejas S. | Full Stack Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

We used Vercel to deploy our next.js frontend application. vercel provides a quick and easy way to deploy applications which reduced our feature testing and development time by about 50%.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I don't think I disliked any part of Vercel till date.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We first used a customized ec2 instance with docker to deploy our frontend builds written next js, the deployment was very hectic it gave a lot of errors, memory issues and made deployment time way longer. That is when we decided to shift to Vercel and it was very easy to deploy via Vercel as well as it provided dev and production environments so we could create multiple sandbox links for various features that we developed which needed testing.

  ### 30. Hosting Review

**Reviewed by:** Mohammed A. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The actual thing I like about them is they provide powerful Hosting with very great security and performance.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

They don't allow some edge functions. I Wasn't able to host my latest project with them.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting of website at the limited cost.

  ### 31. Deployment using vercel

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANKIT R. | Prompt Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel is an excellent platform for deploying websites, web applications, and servers. Hosting and deployment here are exceptionally efficient. You can easily connect and integrate your GitHub repository and its respective branches, seamlessly deploying your web apps with each push of code to the repository. This feature makes Vercel the preferred choice for deploying applications.
I frequently visit Vercel to check the activity logs because the CI/CD process makes deploying web apps incredibly straightforward. Implementing changes is also hassle-free on this platform.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Some problem with Vercel that its free version doesn't support some old or new libraries and we have to somehow migrate our application to the supported library which makes it a lot of hectic task or have to upgrade it to pro which comes out of planning which I feel is absurd.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel provides a free platform to deploy our prototype sites , becuase other cloud platform like GCloud or AWS cost extra money when in prototype stage of the application as intensive testing and deployment is done at this phase , thus vercel solves this issue very clearly.

  ### 32. Free and easy website hosting platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Django hosting isn't available yet i guess.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting my web development projects so that I can show it to others is possible with vercel frontend. It is for free and very easy to host websites. Helped me host python frontend framework Reflex or Nextpy application too, during my internship experience at dotagent.ai

  ### 33. Vercel is a no-brainer hosting solution for your React/JS frontend

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2024

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The integration with Github for a completely automated CI/CD pipeline, is great. Being able to connect a Github account and have my site built + deployed in ~60 seconds, is incredible.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Nothing really. Their support is great, and their pricing and integration with 3rd party platforms for databases and analytics, is wonderful.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating, provisioning, maintaining and supporting a hosting platform for Javascript/React frontends can be a pain. With the complex and unpredictable pricing of AWS, being able to do this for free, or for a fixed monthly rate, Vercel takes away the anxiety of hosting software. It's a breeze.

  ### 34. Developer Experience = Great

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2024

  ### 35. my experience with vercel

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth harper W. | Web Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2023

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel may be a extraordinary stage for conveying websites with ease and speed. I like how it coordinating with different instruments and administrations that I utilize for web improvement, such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket. With Vercel, I can convey my websites specifically from my code storehouses or by sending an mail with a zip file attached. Vercel moreover offers zero setup, which implies that it consequently identifies the system and settings of my ventures, such as Next.js, Gatsby, Remix, React, Vue, etc. Vercel moreover gives programmed SSL, which implies that it secures my websites with HTTPS encryption without any additional steps. Additionally, Vercel incorporates a worldwide CDN, which implies that it disseminates my websites over different servers around the world, guaranteeing quick and solid execution.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

In any case, there are a few things that I loathe around Vercel. For illustration, the free arrange has constrained assets and highlights, such as capacity, transfer speed, spaces, and group individuals. On the off chance that I need to have more assets and highlights, I ought to overhaul to a paid arrange, which can be costly depending on my needs. Too, the documentation and bolster may well be progressed, as now and then I discover it difficult to discover the answers to my questions or issues. The documentation isn't exceptionally clear or comprehensive, and the bolster isn't exceptionally responsive or accommodating.
Generally, I think Vercel could be a superb benefit that disentangles web deploy and develoment. I would prescribe it to anybody who wants to construct and share their websites with the world.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel has made a difference me to form and have my individual and proficient ventures without bother. For case, I have utilized Vercel to convey my portfolio site, my web journal, my e-commerce store, and my online continue. Vercel has made it simple for me to exhibit my aptitudes and work to potential clients and bosses.

  ### 36. Can do everything you want at the cost of vendor lock-in

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

It does it all, and integrates so well. Local dev, deploys, build pipelines, testing, serverless functions, logging, analytics, AI.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

To use the most useful features you end up locked into the Vercel ecosystem - which is a nice ecosystem, but shifting away would be very difficult.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel lets us write and deploy apps quickly, easily, and safely

  ### 37. Extremely friendly (but pricey!) developer experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2023

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The developer experience is just out of this world. If you're developing with Next.js, it almost becomes the must-use platform. Customer Support is very technical and I would 100% recommend, and it is super easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Pricing starts making it way more expensive then AWS. Especially when they start billing per seat, it balloons really fast.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Writing code and not dealing with hosting / DevOps

  ### 38. Exceptional Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shilpa D. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2023

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

What I've grown to love about Vercel is the growing list of services integrated within the platform. If you need to develop a static site into a full-fledged dynamic app requiring a database or incorporating other web services or serverless functions. In that case, it's easy to do so. Essentially Vercel allows me to start with an idea at near zero cost and scale if/when I need to easier than any other platform I've used. While I hadn't needed support yet for many issues, when I did request help, they were fast and friendly. Vercel, in my opinion, is a rock solid platform.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

I haven't experienced anything I would change at Vercel. At one time, I believe the platform focused on react apps, specifically Next.js, but I've seen Vue, svelte, python, elixir and now AI apps all being deployed on the platform.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Vercel pulls my local changes once pushed to github and deploy to their platform which is then published on their CDN. The majority of my sites are static, and Vercel handles it all.

  ### 39. Vercel is at the forefront of modern app building

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ky W. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2023

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

Vercel is at the forefront of modern app building. They make it extremely easy and affordable to support modern app building, and they have an incredible line of new tools always being released. They also have massive support from the ecosystem of app builders so I trust that they will be around for a while which is very important when choosing a company to host your infrastructure.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Honestly not much comes to mind. I hope they continue building and releasing new products like the new storage services. I hope they continue to support Nextjs and make it the best it can be for developers. The latest release of nextjs feels a bit sloppy and I hope that isn't a yellow flag that things won't be as good as " the good ol days" going forward because Vercel has always done things excellently!

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All-in-one infrastructure needs for building modern apps. They abstract away complexities my team doesn't need to think about.

  ### 40. Great for big and small

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucas L. | Fullstack Web Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

I love the variety of services it brings, to have a very broad and effective development ecosystem.
you can use to build your web, package, deploy, server less functions, etc

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

prices for some services can go up quite a bit once you consume the free tier, many marketing and deployment services are charged separately and it can be confusing to calculate vercel's total prices.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

many times devops processes can be tedious, repetitive and time consuming. vercel really simplifies that with CI/CD solutions that make you focus more on building a solution than configuring it for production.

  ### 42. Best Platform for Front-end Developers

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

Easier hosting and integration. We get to ignore these parts completely, and focus on what matters.

  ### 44. Best for hosting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

The best thing about vercel is that you can host your own website for free. All you need to do is push the code to github and go to vercel and build it for first and voila website is created

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

You cannot use your own domain name. It has a fixed format which is 'your-repo-name.vercel.app.
Since it's free, this feature might not be available.
So no problem

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hosting is primary issue it solved the problem as it's free to host. The best thing was you don't have to build again and again if you push code to github multiple times. Thanks to CD/CN pipeline, it will automatically build

Easy to configure, Quick Integration with Githib and Deployments made very quick and easy. Also I can manage my domain from there without any hassle

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

The price is high and there should be some more plans or custom plans as per user requirements. The analytics part should be provided unlimited with every plan. Google Analytics is way cheaper in terms of prices and the dimensions provided by them.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My Website Deployments and INtegrations

  ### 46. Vercel Is The Best

  ### 50. The simplest but powerful toolkit for front end deployments.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JK B. | Founder (Consulting + SaaS), Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Vercel?**

It's the simplest way of unloading big features.

Example1: Custom Domain feature for multi-tenant architecture. This feature is a bit of a breakthrough for Tradly where we have been using AWS to manage all the custom domains. When Vercel released this feature, it made our job easier

Example2: Upgrade to Production of past deployments. We often ship, Where sometimes a critical bug could happen in production. With the feature of past deployments can be reused, we ignore current deployment and downgrade. And all this happens in 3-4 minutes, which is a savior.

**What do you dislike about Vercel?**

There is so many upgrades for NextJS but not many big releases in vercel. May be there is behind the work (like deploying time, etc).

Also more frameworks, I still don't find react native there.

**What problems is Vercel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Preview and deployment. Downgrade when it's a problem.
