There is an undeniable feeling of partnership when dealing with Verbate. Right from the get go, you feel that their team spread across different offices in the world are there to handle any questions and keep everything moving forward. Their platform makes it very easy for respondents to record their daily video tasks and upload them quickly for the agency and clients to access. In championing mobile ethnography, they stand for something quite pivotal within the world of research: What people really do, and not what they remember doing.
