What do you like best about Verato MDM Cloud?

It is easy to use and easy to navigate.

Customer service is usually quick to respond back, though I have reached out with no response back.

They system is usually reliable for the most part. I have had issues with receiving error messages in the past, but it seems to be better now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verato MDM Cloud?

The system is VERY SLOW; it takes about three times longer to resolve tasks than the previous version. The previous version you did not have to click “Next” to go to the next record.

There’s a lot of wasted space at the top of the screen, and it would be nice if that area could be condensed. I work on a laptop, so when the tasks are laid out horizontally, I have to scroll down to see the other records. I wish the records were set to horizontal by default.
