I also like how this helps simulate modern attack paths, covering SMS, voice, QR codes, and collaboration tools. The ability to reduce human risk at scale in a measurable way is impressive. The built-in Agentic AI and the conversational social engineering capabilities are valuable as they move awareness beyond static training and one-time campaigns. The learning management system stands out with its ease of use and high quality, and I appreciate the extensive cybersecurity training library they offer. The AI training generation engine that can generate training videos or slides is a significant plus. The initial setup was very easy for our team, and the overall user experience has been positive.
