What do you like best about Veontra AI?

What I like best is the review step before export. Most AI tools dump raw OCR text and you still end up fixing everything in Excel. With Veontra I upload a PDF, get structured fields (vendor, dates, line items, totals), check them against the original on the same screen, and only then approve. That saves me from pushing bad data into our spreadsheets.

I also like that it's not limited to invoices — I use it for receipts and bank statements too, and the custom template let me add the exact fields our team needs. Export to Excel and Google Sheets is straightforward once a document is approved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veontra AI?

Nothing major, but a few things I'd improve. Processing larger PDFs can take a little longer than I'd expect, so I don't batch-upload dozens of files at once. I'd also love a way to forward documents by email instead of uploading manually — that would fit how our team actually receives invoices. The product is still young, so some polish in the UI would be welcome, but the core workflow works well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Veontra AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We get invoices, receipts, and bank statements as PDFs and photos every week, and someone on the team used to retype vendor names, dates, line items, and totals into Excel. That was slow and easy to get wrong.

Veontra pulls structured data out of those documents automatically. I review the fields against the original, fix anything off, approve, and export to Excel or Google Sheets.
