Anyone that runs a Crisis Management / Emergency Management program should give Veoci a look. By far, it beats other "Crisis / Incident management" tools out there. It is super simple to use and train up users, even on the fly during an incident. It's flexibility allows a changing situation or environment to be managed successfully and with ease. We are fortunate to have a trained and exercised crisis management team in place at every office, however, those primary team members do not always have fully trained back-ups. The Veoci tool allows some of our primary team members to still engage with the team even if they are not physically present in the office during the event.
