What do you like best about Venuex?

I love that Venuex is a one-stop-shop platform to provide and control in-store inventory, indoor maps, and business data online. You can boost the online presence of your store to drive more in-store traffic and bring shoppers who would otherwise only shop the online store, to the in-store experience. What do you dislike about Venuex?

The in-door mapping feature is nice, but unless you are a massive facility/store, it's also fairly unnecessary. The analytics can also be confusing to me on occation. There are times when I need certain data to be more in lamens terms and not quite so complex. If there were more areas of explanation for certain data, that would help greatly. What problems is Venuex solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's been hard to get customers/clients to visit the physical location of our business and instead often times we go to them or they just evaluate what we have to offer online, and that's it. It's really nice to have the extra step of foot traffic to make sure that we have some percentage of people who are actually coming in to see us and allow us to build that human connection with them.
