What do you like best about Venmo?

It’s convenient and fairly ubiquitous, so I can use it often. I mainly use it to send money to my family members, but I also use it for business dealings (for example, I pay my accountant using Venmo). It feels confidential, and there are no fees. It’s easy to use both on my Galaxy and on the web. Transfers are instantaneous, and the money is automatically deducted from my bank account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Venmo?

I don't love the fact that you can see what other people have used it for. I don't use that feature (i.e., I make my dealings private), but I don't care so much about seeing what others are doing with their money. This is only a minor complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Venmo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I really like that it is quick, convenient, and easy to transfer money. No other product compares except perhaps PayPal but I don't use PayPal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
