What do you like best about Vendasta AI Platform?

The tools are amazing. Particularly the AI driven assistants. They solve so many problems for our clients. Using the platform is fairly simple, even without a tech background. Products work quickly and cleanly.

The pricing of the program and each product is more than fair.

If I have faced one recurring issue- it is sometimes we have difficulty integrating third party tools, but otherwise everything is fantastic! Also the North American staff is beyond spectacular. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vendasta AI Platform?

I just noted in a previous response, we have had troubles with third party integrations. Some of this may be from our own structure being different from typical Vendasta users, but some of it seems to be the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vendasta AI Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think the primary benefit is in customer satisfaction. Yes, these tools can improve acquisition, but allowing clients to get immediate response that is articulate and reactive is something so many SMB's need, it is a game changer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
