I like that the owner of Vend Email is so passionate about the product and is eager for feedback. It really makes a difference, especially since he offered a discount to our non-profit organization without even asking for a review. The simplicity of the initial setup was way easier than I thought. With Vend Email, transferring a user account is as simple as sending a link that populates directly into someone's account. I would like to be able to customize my user interface more. I would like there to be more free AI involved somehow. I would like audio transcription and definitely translation options. Maybe make this thing HIPAA compliant so us doctors can do doctor things without getting sued for violating HIPAA laws.
