What do you like best about Velocity Voice?

The UI is so simple and easy to use. Navigating through different buttons becomes hassle free. Voice quality is also clear and there is no disturbance while being on a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velocity Voice?

Transferring a call gets difficult at times. Sometimes customer stays on hold, sometimes they do not. Otherwise its there is nothing to dislike about this software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you have a process requiring constant calls and client interaction, Speakeasy- Voice enablement is best and easy to use. Picking up calls, transfer of call, keeping on hold all the options are easy to use and makes the working smooth Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Velocity Voice solving and how is that benefiting you?

With speakeasy-voice enablement, I am easily able to transfer/pick calls and talk to my customers smoothly. I do not have to necessarily possess an extension number line with me and I can work smoothly on my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
