What problems is Vega HR - Rewards & Recognition solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vega HR - Rewards & Recognition is saving my time and resources by fulfilling some of my major requirements, such as Employee Engagements, Employee Motivation, Referrals, Performance Monitoring and Timesheet fillings.
