What do you like best about Veeva Claims Management?

The best part is customizing and displaying the results with minimal efforts. At the management level, it becomes difficult to get into the figures, the report sharing feature saves our back in that case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Veeva Claims Management?

The number of visualizations seems to be low with limited options only. I am expecting some more features to be added in the future so that we can leverage much more variety. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Veeva Claims Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem we were facing was managing and storing data throughout the month and then preparing the final summary every month-end and sending it to higher management to track progress.
