What I like best about Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 is how simple and reliable it is. It is easy to set up, monitor, and manage without needing additional backup infrastructure. The restore process is also straightforward, whether I need to recover an entire mailbox, a folder, or an individual email or file. What I dislike most is that some of the reporting and administrative options could be more detailed and easier to customize. It would also be helpful to have clearer alerts and more visibility into backup usage, licensing, and storage.
