It is mighty when recovering from backup. We primarily use it to recover individual files or emails from Exchange. The interface is intuitive for users of all levels. Their support is also top-notch, and I always get someone to talk to when I need to call in. The software allows the setup of multiple repositories, eliminating the need for DFS replication across network sites. Updates are handled quickly, and notifications are communicated effectively. The one negative issue I have experienced is that when recovering files, the interface moves slowly when loading a large set of data into the backup browser.
