What I like most about VCMS is that it brings visitor management, contractor compliance, workforce movement and WHS into one simple, unified platform.
The UI is clean and intuitive, with practical features like digital inductions, QR check-in, document and licence tracking, site access controls and real-time dashboards. It significantly reduces the need for spreadsheets and manual follow-ups by giving teams one central view of compliance and site activity.
I also like the scalability, integrations and AI-driven capabilities, particularly the potential to automate compliance checks, identify risks and reduce repetitive administration.
The onboarding experience has been smooth, especially compared with other providers we've used where implementation and pricing can be confusing. VCMS has a much clearer pricing model and, importantly, feels like genuine value for money.
Overall, VCMS feels like much more than a visitor management system it’s a practical, scalable platform for workforce, contractor and WHS governance. The platform also provides powerful features that we didn’t get from previous systems, while offering better scalability, integrations and AI-driven capabilities.VCMS delivers strong performance, flexibility, powerful features and better value, making it much more than a traditional visitor management system. The main area I’d like to see further improved is expanding integrations and adding even more advanced automation and AI capabilities as the platform continues to evolve.
Because VCMS already offers a broad range of features, there is also a learning curve for new users to fully understand everything available. A few more guided workflows and in-app tips would make onboarding even easier.
That said, these are relatively minor points. The platform is continuously improving, and the flexibility, performance and functionality already outweigh these limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
