I really appreciate that VAT IT Compliance is always available to help us and they answer emails quickly. The communication is very good and easy. They assist with everything related to sales tax, including communication with states, filing, registering in new states, and paying sales taxes. I also find the website very easy to use, especially for uploading tax exemptions for customers and checking Nexus status. The initial setup was easy, too. I think VAT IT Compliance could improve by adding an option to check the validity of tax-exempt certificates online. It would be nice to have a feature where we can upload certificates and have them checked and approved instantly, rather than emailing them and waiting up to twenty-four hours for a response.
