What problems is Variphy Call Analytics for Zoom Phone solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoom Phone’s built-in analytics are basic and don’t provide the depth we need—especially for long-term analysis, queue tracking, and call flow visibility. Variphy gives us detailed, customizable reports and dashboards with advanced filtering, so we can drill into usage trends, dropped calls, and call routing issues.
