What I like most about Vantage Circle is that it makes employee recognition and rewards more engaging. I like how employees can get recognized for their efforts, explore available rewards, and feel more appreciated for their contributions. What do you dislike about Vantage Circle?

One thing I find a little challenging about Vantage Circle is that some of the options and benefits can take time to explore and understand. At times, finding a specific reward or benefit can feel a bit less straightforward than expected. A simpler layout and easier navigation would make the overall experience more convenient. Vantage Circle helps solve the challenge of making employee recognition and benefits easily accessible in one place. For me, it makes it easier to see rewards, recognize colleagues, and access available employee benefits without having to manage everything separately.
