"Highly Customizable, Seamless Workflows—Vantaca Is Pushing HOA Management Forward"

What do you like best about Vantaca?

I like that Vantaca is highly customizable and it allows us to perform various workflows throughout the company seamlessly; each person knows what they need to do next in a task because it is now in their dashboard and is ready to be passed off to the next person for their part. They also have a good AI product that performs well and is native to the software. Lastly, Vantaca is really pushing the boundary of what is possible in HOA management, and that is the kind of software company we needed to partner with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vantaca?

The downside of Vantaca is that it is complicated. Yes, it is nice to be able to have nearly anything possible for your clients, but the configurations and setup are difficult to learn and get your head around. If there is a problem, troubleshooting can take a while, as there are different places that could be causing the issue, and it takes some time to work through. I think this downside, while real, does not outweigh all of the benefits that Vantaca provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Vantaca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vantaca has allowed us to create workflows for different tasks that travel throughout multiple people in our company without anyone having to remember to do a certain thing for a certain client. We have customized workflows that make sense for our company. This is huge because it relieves the stress of having to remember to do certain things, or write down certain processes for very specific clients, and cross your fingers that people don't forget to take the appropriate action. Vantaca's AI tool has also been helpful in bringing us into the modern technology era and providing efficiencies right away.
