**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I really like VanillaSoft's texting feature. It’s great for keeping student messages organized and easily accessible. I find it super valuable for contacting students quickly and directly on their cell phones. The initial setup was also very easy.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

We no longer have the calling feature on our plan. This did make it useful to call students directly.

VanillaSoft helps keep student files organized and allows texting. The texting feature is great for contacting students quickly and directly on their cell phones.

sometimes the connection is poor and I cannot hear the person I have called or they can't hear me

Sometime the Vanillasoft gonna breakdown and also the information contain in the software sometime will be way too much to analyze

I think VanillaSoft is a great platform to use. I find it very organized, which helps me organize my contacts so I can go back through my pipeline and get the appointments that I need to get. Also, the initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.

I find VanillaSoft very easy to use for making calls and sending messages. I like the voicemail feature because it's very easy. It also makes it very easy to record results from calls. The initial setup was pretty simple.

A lot of times, I simply have trouble logging in or the voicemail will stop working

VanillaSoft makes it easy to make calls, send messages, and record results from calls. I like the easy voicemail feature.

**What do you like best about Vanillasoft?**

I like the callback features where you can post what your clients have said and save it in the notes. I think VanillaSoft is better at connecting to my Google Calendar and saving information.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

I don't like the fact that it doesn't allow me to save certain information for my clients. It will skip to the next client. It doesn't allow me to disposition very well the calls that I have made. And when I go to collect to push on maybe they don't want me to call them back, it won't save that information.

**What problems is Vanillasoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VanillaSoft solves the back and forth of trying to find client information. It's better at connecting to my Google Calendar and saving information.

I like that I have more hands on knowledge and get to use more tools.

It can be all over the place sometimes so you don't know what your looking at.

It gives us the chance to call individuals on a private line to chat with them that  leads back to a main line which receives all the calls.

I really like that VanillaSoft is very easy to use. It's straightforward and simple, which makes my job a lot easier. Also, the initial setup was incredibly easy, I'd rate it a 10 out of 10.

I would say the dashboard. Having more assistance with the amount of calls that you have on a daily basis and the names of the leads.

I like how VanillaSoft makes dialing people so much easier with its automatic dialing feature. I also appreciate having ready-to-go email templates, which are quite handy. Moreover, the initial setup of VanillaSoft was super easy.

Some of the glitches that have been happening more recently, like the result codes disappearing.

I find VanillaSoft great because it keeps everything in order and is very easy to use. Managing and keeping track, especially the callbacks, is easy. I like the quickness and how self-explanatory it is. Setting it up only took 3-5 minutes, which was really convenient.

That's it's so customizable! It can be hard to decide what to include and what not to. It's a good and a bad thing when setting it up.

It has made it possible for us to move through a high number of prospects and develop a very successful Leadership Annual Giving team.

I like how VanillaSoft is simple and very user-friendly. It helps me move things along from one task to the next and the updates have been really helpful. The notes feature is important for keeping track of our call cadence or if someone has to cover for us in our position. Plus, the initial setup was easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The calendar is a little difficult to use, and also making certain calls a priority is an issue. I'd like to see more mobile options added.

The CRM for managing leads is fantastic. I love how easy it is to navigate . Once set up properly the leads simply pop up in order and i can dial, email or text with ease. Setting follow ups easy . Easily 8 out of 10 for CRM side

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The VS connect (dialer)  has potential i suppose but the support team has no clue what they are doing. I have worked with many diffent dialers and softwares and this is by far the worst support experienced to date. . The team is responsive and gets back to me but they can never seem to resolve the simplest of problems. THey close tickets without proper follow up or actual testing to see if issue has been resolved resulting in me having to open the same ticket over and over for exact same problem .

Currently if a use is alone in the queue on any given day and a call comes in , it will ring twice only. If agent misses call it will not loop back to the agent. The call goes into limbo and the caller will just hear ringing for an eternity with no voicemail options .  How horrible is this for the potential customer (this is a sales line) . .This experience has cost me months of frustration and piles of sales commissions.

VanillaSoft is easily compatible with all of the marketplaces I use for leadgen. When my leads turn on in an exterior platform that are routed with ease to Vanillasoft and all information is stored for my clients. The platform is easy to track on outreach, results of call, notes on the contact, and keeps everything streamlined for future use. The calendar feature for callbacks helps keep myself as well as agents who I have had as runners organized of when they have soft touchpoints with clients to check in.

The routing and wait times on the system give a feeling of clunkiness and a bit of an outdated feeling. Lack of customer support on the weekend when agents are working around the clock can be challenging when you need an answer to a question with immediacy.

VanillaSoft is a powerful platform for high-volume outbound sales. I find it easy it is to stay organized with lead routing, scripts, call tracking, and follow-ups all in one place. The interface is fast and efficient, and I can knock out hundreds of dials a day without getting bogged down. It keeps me moving, and that's critical in my line of work.

**What do you dislike about Vanillasoft?**

The only real frustration I have is with the follow-up scheduling flexibility. If I set an appointment and the prospect doesn’t answer, I can’t just shift them into a "try again in a few hours" bucket easily. I have to reschedule every follow-up attempt manually, which slows me down a bit. It would be great to have more dynamic control over no-shows or quick reschedules.
