What do you like best about Valorx Fusion?

What do you dislike about Valorx Fusion?

I haven’t had any negative experiences with Valorx Fusion. Whenever I run into an issue, the support team responds quickly and gets it resolved without much hassle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Valorx Fusion solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have three key areas where leveraging Valorx Fusion is helping our teams.

First, our commercial sales team starts quotes in our vendor’s CPQ for the initial configuration. Once that’s complete, they export the quote and, through Valorx, can import it into Salesforce CPQ. Before Valorx, this step was entirely manual.

Second, our commercial irrigation sales team often manages large quotes, sometimes in the hundreds of lines. Handling that level of quoting and configuration directly in Salesforce CPQ isn’t efficient and can create issues. With Valorx, we can pull the quote into Fusion and make updates very easily, and any changes are then pushed back into Salesforce.

Third, we have an extensive product catalog with many configurations that needs regular updates based on what we receive from our vendor. With Fusion, we load our master file (already formatted for Fusion), click a single button, and it pushes updates into the product features group as needed or creates brand-new product configurations.
