What do you like best about Validity Engage?

I like the ease of the situations and that it integrates with Salesforce Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Validity Engage?

There is no easy way to determine if a record is NOT a dupe but may look like one. For example, if a person has very similar info but is not a dupe you should be able to exclude them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Validity Engage solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have multiple dupes entering the system through various forms and this helps merge them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
