It helps me deliver smarter, preemptive solutions to clients, and i like how the keep rolling out new features—fast. Also the ability to do demos online with the customers existing cameras, helps a lot to close deals. Simple to use, similar to any online app like gmail of m365, but focused on video cameras. Not much really, i guess the only downside is when a lead cannot connect their cameras to the online demo and we have to use an on-premise server, and my servers are being used by other leads in demos. So the dislike is on my side, not theirs. I love this platform. Nothing bad to say really Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
