"Vagon Makes a Powerful Windows PC Accessible and easy to use on a Mac"
5/5
What do you like best about Vagon?

What I like most about Vagon is how easy it makes accessing a powerful Windows computer without needing to purchase additional hardware. The initial setup was incredibly straightforward, and within a short time I had a fully functional cloud PC running software that I couldn't easily use on my MacBook.

I've also been very impressed with the reliability. After multiple sessions, I've experienced only one brief connection interruption, which resolved itself within seconds. Otherwise, everything has worked exactly as expected.

The dedicated macOS application is another highlight. It's convenient, easy to navigate, and makes using a remote Windows computer feel surprisingly natural.

Overall, Vagon delivers exactly what I wanted: a capable, dependable Windows environment that I can access whenever I need it, without the commitment of buying another computer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Vagon?

I honestly haven't encountered anything that I'd consider a major downside. The service has been reliable, and the macOS application has worked very well for me.

Most of my feedback is related to small quality-of-life improvements rather than actual problems.

One thing I'd appreciate is a little more customization of the floating control button in the macOS application. I like having quick access to the toolbar, and I know it can be expanded, collapsed, or hidden. However, even in its collapsed state, it takes up some usable screen space. Being able to adjust its size or shape would make it easier to keep accessible without getting in the way.

I'd also love to see a shortcut for the Windows on-screen keyboard added to that toolbar. When accessing Windows from a Mac, having that option readily available would be convenient, especially when working with applications that require Windows-specific keyboard inputs.

Neither of these is a dealbreaker, and they haven't negatively affected my overall experience. They're simply small improvements that I think would make an already good application even better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
