As someone who works for an MSP, I get atleast a few tickets per day requesting emails be blocked - Vade helps cut down on these. Addtionally, it is quick and easy to set up. Support has been helpful throughout the process as well. **What do you dislike about Vade?** It would be nice to have some brief explanations of what exactly is being done during the initial set-up, regarding journal rules and such. Not completely necessary, but would be nice to have it front and center during that set-up process. **What problems is Vade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping prevent spam/phishing attempts from reaching client's inboxes. The communication is also satisfactory. I am very happy with the solutions that the brand offers. **What do you dislike about Vade?** What I don't like about Vade is that there is no longer a summary email with Microsoft 365, which is a shame. Bringing back this feature would make our task easier. **What problems is Vade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vade is a spam filtering tool for emails that helps solve the problem of spam and unwanted emails. It uses advanced spam recognition algorithms to filter out unwanted messages, allowing me not to waste time sifting through useless emails and to focus on important messages. Additionally, it also protects my inbox from viruses, phishing, and other forms of cyber threats. By using Vade, I therefore benefit from a more organized, safer, and more productive inbox. ### 10. Integration of the filters and how to manage settings is made simple. **What do you dislike about Vade?** It does seem to miss a lot of phishing attempts and relies on the end-users to report new malicious content so they can update their filters. Their support is hard to understand sometimes. **What problems is Vade solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration with office 365 made it simple with journal rules.
