"Fast GPU Rendering and Seamless 3DS MAX Integration—With Incredible Support"
5/5
What do you like best about V-Ray?

The continuous improvements and ease of use. Its integration with 3DS MAX is perfect and easy to open old files and switch materials and lighting to V-Ray. The GPU rendering is fast and has helped us to get projects done on time and within budget. Price is a bit high but worth it and won't use any other renderer. Support has always been incredible with near daily updates and offers to upload files with problems so they can figure it out. We haven't used the AI features much yet other than trying to create seamless materials and it hasn't done very good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about V-Ray?

Depth of field can be tricky and usually end up faking it. Have issues sometimes with real-time render freezing up 3DS MAX or getting stuck and having to restart 3DS MAX. Large renders for print have issues in GPU and switching to CPU only changes the scene look. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
