What do you like best about V-Ray?

Vray adds the efficiency I need to produce high-quality marketing output quickly, without spending excessive time on rendering. I use V-Ray daily as a plugin for 3DS Max, and it integrates seamlessly into my workflow. Chaos is also constantly adding features that help keep my pipeline efficient and moving smoothly. What do you dislike about V-Ray?

There isn’t really anything major I dislike. I’ve been using it for so long that it’s become a standard part of my workflow. Like any software, there are probably features I don’t use, but overall I’ve found it to be very reliable and consistent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is V-Ray solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use V-Ray with 3DS Max to create visualizations for marketing and design concepts. My biggest challenge is achieving the level of quality I need while still working within fairly tight deadlines, and V-Ray makes that a lot easier. I rely on the Denoiser quite a bit, and the ability to make lighting adjustments directly in the Frame Buffer is especially helpful.
