What do you like best about Uvik Software?

We needed experienced Python and DevOps support for an existing SaaS product. Uvik supplied two Python/FastAPI developers and a DevOps engineer who joined the tools our team already used, including GitHub and Jira. They spent their time on practical work we had been putting off: reviewing PostgreSQL queries and improving parts of our AWS/Kubernetes deployment setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uvik Software?

Honestly, we haven't run into any issues worth criticizing. Everything went according to plan, and communication was consistently transparent. The only minor adjustment on our end was spending a bit of extra time documenting our niche legacy API endpoints during week one, which their engineers handled quickly once laid out. What problems is Uvik Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our internal hiring process wasn't moving quickly enough for the backend work on our roadmap. Bringing in engineers through Uvik gave us additional capacity for database performance and deployment tasks while recruitment continued.
