What do you like best about UST Global?

UST Global has been an exceptional partner in our digital transformation journey. What I appreciate most is their deep technical expertise, particularly in cloud architecture and data engineering. Their teams integrate seamlessly with our internal staff, acting as a true extension of our workforce rather than just an external vendor. They consistently deliver high-quality, scalable solutions and are highly responsive to changing project requirements, which makes agile development much smoother. What do you dislike about UST Global?

While the overall quality of work is high, the initial onboarding and knowledge transfer phases can sometimes feel a bit slow and process heavy. It takes a little while for their new team members to fully grasp the highly specific nuances of our internal business logic. Additionally, depending on the global distribution of the assigned team, navigating time zone overlaps for real-time troubleshooting occasionally requires extra coordination and flexible scheduling. What problems is UST Global solving and how is that benefiting you?

We partnered with UST Global to tackle major bottlenecks in our data processing pipelines and to accelerate our migration to modern cloud infrastructure. By leveraging their engineering resources, we have been able to significantly reduce our technical debt and automate manual reporting workflows. This has directly benefited us by cutting down data processing times, lowering operational costs, and allowing our internal analytics teams to focus on generating business insights rather than maintaining legacy systems.
