I like that UST seems very focused on practical AI use cases, not just experimentation. Their work around AI-assisted analysis, RAG and automation is close to what I see being useful in banking, especially when it improves productivity but still keeps governance and human oversight in place. From what I’ve seen working with UST teams, the main downside is that the experience can feel quite dependent on the specific project and client. I’ve spoken with people who mentioned slower internal processes and limited flexibility when moving between projects, and you can sometimes feel that in how quickly things get resolved. Overall though, the people I’ve worked with have been capable and easy to collaborate with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
