"Transforms Noisy Alerts into Actionable Incidents with Strong Automation and ITIL Runbooks"

5/5

What do you like best about UST Global?

AIOps Integration: They excel at transforming noisy, fragmented monitoring alerts into actionable, correlated incidents. Operational Agility: Their frameworks seamlessly bridge the gap between legacy infrastructure and hybrid-cloud environments. Proactive Culture: They focus heavily on automation, helping teams move away from reactive firefighting and toward predictive system maintenance. Domain Expertise: They provide robust, standardized ITIL runbooks that immediately elevate shift delivery and overall team efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UST Global?

Cross-Silo Communication: Information sharing between infrastructure, cloud, and app development teams can occasionally become a bottleneck, which then leads to alignment delays during complex incident rollouts. Tool Training Speed: While they frequently introduce cutting-edge monitoring and automation tools, the structured training and upskilling pipeline for command center analysts can sometimes lag behind the deployment schedule, leaving a short gap between rollout and full readiness. Onboarding Transitions: Resource transitions during shift changes or new project handovers occasionally require additional documentation and clearer handover notes to maintain absolute continuity and avoid missed context. Recommendations to others considering UST Global:

Define metrics early: Before implementation, establish clear baseline KPIs for measures such as Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and ticket volume. Map existing silos: During discovery, work closely with their team to clarify how your infrastructure, cloud, and application teams will interact and hand off work. Demand parallel training: Make sure structured technical training on any newly introduced monitoring or AIOps tools runs in parallel with the deployment, not after it. Leverage ITIL frameworks: Take full advantage of their standardized runbooks and operational templates so you can strengthen internal shift delivery right away. What problems is UST Global solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problem: We were dealing with high ticket volumes, alert fatigue, and delayed Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) because our infrastructure monitoring tools were fragmented and our incident management workflows were largely reactive.

The benefit: UST helped us centralize and modernize our Digital Command Center operations. By implementing smarter monitoring frameworks and automated alert correlation, they enabled a shift from a reactive approach to a more proactive operational model. For me, this has meant less alert noise, faster MTTR, reduced system downtime, and more time for our team to address critical infrastructure incidents before they impact the business.
