UserZoom had a very user-friendly UI. When we switched to this platform, I didn’t have any trouble getting up to speed because it was intuitive, straightforward, and easy to use. From a performance standpoint, it was consistently solid, and we didn’t run into any issues during the time we used it. UserZoom was very helpful, but I think our biggest pain point was the extra windows that opened during the actual test, as well as the fact that participants had to download an extension just to complete the survey. We conducted a lot of unmoderated tests with our own users, so this could sometimes create friction and make it more difficult for them to complete the survey.
