"UserTesting Makes Gathering Genuine Feedback Fast and Simple"

What do you like best about UserTesting?

UserTesting is a platform where two types of people can register: business users and testers. Business users can list their new or upcoming features and select specific testers to try them out and share their own genuine feedback. The tests are mostly four types: unmoderated, live conversation, small live conversation, and short tests. For testers, a certain amount is allocated for completing each test, and once it’s approved, you can receive your compensation through PayPal. Tester can get 50+ tests within a week and they pay very well compared with their competitors. Task's are related to UI / UX design and core business talk. What do you dislike about UserTesting?

Sometimes, business users don’t provide enough details about the task. At times, the prototype and Figma pages also don’t work properly. Around 10–20% of tasks come with real tasks that take 20+ minutes to complete, but the pay is still low. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is UserTesting solving and how is that benefiting you?
