What do you like best about UserSketch?

I was looking for a simple CRM to track and manage my customers. I have a lot of automations set up with Zapier, but UserSketch made it super simple to put all of my customer data and Zaps in one place so I can see everything at a glance. I've tried a lot of CRM's and it usually takes weeks to get used to them because they're overly complicated. UserSketch seems to focus on simplicity and I had the best and smoothest experience getting set up. Honestly everything I needed in one area. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserSketch?

What problems is UserSketch solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserSketch is focusing on making managing customers a simple and straightforward process, which inevitably leads to awesome customer experiences and more sales for me!
