"A product worth having in your PLG stack"

What do you like best about Userorbit?

UserOrbit is a really great product for PLG teams. It helps bring user feedback, product updates and user engagement into one place, which makes it easier to close the loop between what users need and what we build.

From a product perspective, I like how easy it is to get started and how quickly teams can plug it into their existing workflows. It gives product teams a better way to drive adoption, collect feedback and keep users aligned with the product roadmap.

The team is also very responsive and clearly moving fast. Would love to see more integrations and flexibility as the platform scales, but overall, it’s a very solid product and a great addition to a modern product stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userorbit?

There’s not much to dislike so far. I’d like to see more integrations with the tools that product and growth teams already use, along with a bit more flexibility in customising some of the workflows. But overall, these are more opportunities for the product to go deeper rather than major gaps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Userorbit solving and how is that benefiting you?

UserOrbit helps us make the product experience more proactive and self-serve. For a PLG team, it gives us better ways to guide users at the right moments, improve feature discovery and drive adoption without relying heavily on manual intervention from the product or customer success teams.
