Our Marketing Team enjoyed monitoring traction on automated CRM campaigns and engaging with our audience as they looked at the products we sold. We would receive live notifications that end users were reviewing our catalog. We were aware when the user was saving items to the profiles of their favorite and added things to their cart, allowing our Team to edit our campaign and send push notifications while there was a hot lead. We had an issue using SMS push notifications in the first few months. Once they fixed the issue we were experiencing, we had nothing wrong to say.
