They’ve also added some AI tools to the platform, which is a nice addition. **What do you dislike about Userlytics?** It doesn’t export a single transcript document of all users, which makes it challenging when analysing spoken responses for a study. I end up having to do a lot of extra work myself to organise the results into a format that’s easy to analyse. Also, the order users appear in when clicking through isn’t the same as the order shown on the first screen, which is confusing. Finally, you can’t set up multiple variations within one study.
