Usergems has replaced a few tools for us in our stack this year. It's easy to use yet powerful. They are one of the more ai-forward yet practical vendors we work with. Their MCP is great, and Gem-E's generative AI functionality has a nice balance of flexibility/automation with the ability to put proper guardrails around it all. You can tell they're thoughtful in their approach. Their custom signal setup is really easy and goes far beyond job changes — you can reference public announcements, intent data, website visits, tech stack, and really anything you can come up with. The way they've set up account scoring and people scoring is much less "blackbox" than other tools we've used. And their ad audience matching is great. Not to mention, their Account Managers actually know the problems we need to solve and how their product can solve them (shout out Jeff!). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
