What do you like best about Userfeed?

What problems is Userfeed solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use Userfeed to Capture feature requests from customers. The tool allows us to make these suggestions visible to other customers so they can upvote items. We also are able to track status and communicate back with clients on tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
