What do you like best about Usercentrics?

the comprehensive analytics and compliance features help us stay on track with our data and privacy goals, i particularly really like usercentrics granular data dashboard which helps us with knowing the sort of industires/work behind the consent we get Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Usercentrics?

nothing as such, i just think the UI is a bit dated, plus also the website has crashed and failed to load data without buffering a couple of times in our testing, so maybe some backend support can help Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Usercentrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

its helping us track user consent across all of our sites to ensure we're compliant and dont fall out on any legal obligations or work, truly a lifesaver for our organisation since we deal with sensitive data sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
