"Evidence-Based Testing Roadmap and CRO enhancements with UserApproved"
5/5
What do you like best about UserApproved AI?

We run with a lean team and a long backlog. UserApproved has been good at sorting out what actually deserves the effort.

It surfaces conversion opportunities on our key pages and core journeys, and the agent's live video walkthroughs make the friction obvious. That turns into a prioritized test list instead of guesswork.

The Clarity and analytics integrations pull issues out of trend data we'd never have time to mine ourselves. And the chatbot lets us ask specific questions about our own data and get a straight answer.

Worth installing if you want your testing roadmap built from evidence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserApproved AI?

The gap for us is what happens after an opportunity gets identified. Right now we export the recommendation, set the test up in our A/B testing platform, and then track results somewhere else entirely. That handoff is manual, and it's where things slip.

A direct integration with testing platforms would fix it. If we could push a prioritized opportunity straight into a test as a draft, with the hypothesis and supporting evidence already attached, we'd cut days out of our process and lose fewer good ideas to the backlog.

The bigger want is one repository for CRO progress. We'd like to see the opportunity, the test built from it, the result, and the lift all in one place, so we can look back over a quarter and show what we tested, what won, and what it was worth. Today that story lives across 3 or 4 tools and someone on our team has to assemble it by hand for every report.

Nothing here changes how useful the product is. It's the natural next step for a tool that's already good at telling us what to test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
