What do you like best about User Intuition?

What I liked most was how naturally the AI guided me through the entire research process. It helped me structure my thoughts when creating a study and generated relevant interview questions. During the interview, the AI didn't just follow a script but asked thoughtful follow-up questions and dug deeper into my answers. I also liked the chat format because I had enough time to think before responding. Everything was easy to understand, and the final results were clearly presented. What do you dislike about User Intuition?

I didn't experience any major issues. The only thing I would improve is the interface design. Adding more colors and visual accents could make navigation between sections easier, especially towards the final stages of the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is User Intuition solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used User Intuition to research how the hiring process on Upwork could be improved, including how clients find, evaluate, and hire freelancers. The platform helped structure the research, prepare relevant interview questions, and collect more detailed feedback through AI-powered interviews.
