What do you like best about User Intuition?

User Intuition has fundamentally transformed how we approach qualitative user research and participant interviews. What impresses me most is the natural, highly conversational capability of the AI moderator (Elliot). Unlike traditional, rigid survey platforms, User Intuition conducts dynamic, context-aware interviews that probe deeper into participant responses, asking intelligent follow-up questions in real time. The study setup workflow is remarkably smooth—the platform's AI assistant helps structure research goals, hypotheses, and conversation flows within minutes. The flexibility between Chat and Voice formats, alongside options like Bring Your Own Participants (BYOP), makes it an adaptable and scalable solution for any product or project team. What do you dislike about User Intuition?

Because the platform is constantly evolving with new feature updates, there can be a slight initial learning curve when fine-tuning advanced custom prompt logic for the AI moderator. Additionally, while the automated insights summary is fantastic, having a bit more granular customization for exportable executive PDF reports would be a welcome addition in future updates.
